Detailed manufacturing process flow for precision ceramic processing
The process of producing precision ceramics mainly uses aluminum oxide powder as the main raw material and magnesium oxide as an additive. The precision ceramics required for the experiment are sintered by dry pressing forming, and the specific process flow is described.
The production of precision ceramics first requires material extraction. The required experimental materials include aluminum oxide, zinc oxide, and magnesium oxide, which are calculated in different grams and weighed in detail using a balance.
2、 Prepare PVA solution according to different material ratios.
3、 Mix and ball mill the PVA solution of the raw materials prepared in steps one and two, which usually takes about 12 hours to ensure a ball mill speed of 900r/min, and use distilled water for ball milling.
Step four, use a vacuum drying oven to dehydrate and dry the prepared raw materials, and maintain the working temperature at 80-90 ℃.
Step 5: Granulate first and then shape. Press the previously dried raw materials onto an hydraulic jack.
The sixth step is to sinter, fix and shape the alumina product.
Finally, the polishing and polishing of precision ceramic products is divided into two processes. Firstly, a grinding wheel is used to remove most of the excess large particles from the ceramic products. Then, fine sandpaper is used to finely polish and modify some areas of the ceramic products. Finally, the entire precision ceramic product is polished, and the production of precision ceramic products is completed.
